On-Site Scanning

Where clients have the requirement to scan on-their own site we are able to offer a variety of approaches:

• Where the project may be a “one-off” requirement for highly confidential or rare documents we can provide scanning equipment and trained staff. Many of our staff have MOD clearance to scan “List X” documents and have signed the Official Secrets Act.

Where the need for confidentiality is not so imperative we can provide scanning equipment and provide project management in the form of senior staff to supervise the clients’ own personnel.

• Provision of scanning software for clients’ own use to complement our CDView retrieval system.
